Fair City Vet Group are holding a equine grass sickness information evening on Thursday, September 2 at 7.30pm-9.30pm at Strathallan Castle, Perthshire.

Perthshire sadly remains a ‘hot spot’ for equine grass sickness, owners in Perthshire have suffered some terrible losses again this year, some having lost several horses within days of each other.

Having to deal with this devastating disease for decades, the vets at Fair City Vet Group feel compelled to offer help and support to horse owners and have organised this evening to give owners the chance to hear ‘up to the minute’ news about the research which is ongoing into this devastating disease. The guest speaker is Professor Bruce McGorum BSc BVM&S Dip ECEIM MRCVS, head of the Large Animal Hospital, Royal (Dick) Vet School, Edinburgh

Tickets £5/£3 (under 16’s) and all of the proceeds raised during the evening will go to Equine Grass Sickness Research.
