It will incorporate a riders meeting, and in addition to the BE Scotland committee will be attended by BE officials, including the sport operations manager Chris Farr, financial director Wendy McGowan, BE board director Les Smith and BE regional coordinator for Scotland and the Northern region, Frances Hay-Smith.
