Loch Leven Equine Practice are hosting a free talk on breeding from your mare which will be held on Wednesday, March 17, at Cleish Village Hall, Kinross.

A presentation will cover an easily digestible overview of the breeding process including preparation of the mare, AI versus natural insemination and the birthing process. Following the presentation free food will be provided and the equine team will answer any questions on a one to one basis.

“The talk will give people the chance to come and meet our team of highly experienced equine vets, nurses and AI technicians, have some food and an informal chat with us, whilst addressing some very important issues” says Liz Somerville, practice canager at Loch Leven Equine Practice.

As well as free food and drink there will also be a raffle. Loch Leven Equine Practice have hosted a series of talks in and around Kinross, Perthshire and Fife to continue to promote equine welfare in the area.
