In light horses, the HOYS Cuddy breeders challenge in-hand championship qualifier falls to David Reid from Ethiebeaton, Broughty Ferry, with the overall mountain and moorland in-hand championship for the Waxwing Trophy being judged by Mrs J P B Williams of Parsonage Farm, Abergavenny.
There will be one judge from Australia – Mrs Jan Young from Rocksberg, Queensland, who will inspect the Shetland ponies.
